LOYXN is a concept experience showing how a future Loyalty Exchange Network could connect programmes, exchange value between partners, and unify the member experience inside a single digital wallet.

Executive summary

Loyalty value today is siloed inside individual programmes. The LOYXN vision imagines a neutral exchange layer where airlines, hotels, retailers, fuel networks and banks can interoperate - translating points, sharing offers and recognising members across brand boundaries.

The experience on this site illustrates how those flows could feel for an end member, and how operators could plug into a coalition without rebuilding their core loyalty engine.

1. Members connect their programmes

A member links their existing loyalty accounts to a single digital wallet. Balances, tiers and expiry data are surfaced in one view, giving consumers a portfolio perspective on their loyalty wealth.

2. Programmes opt in to an exchange protocol

Operators publish exchange rates, eligibility rules and bonus campaigns to a shared interoperability layer. Each programme retains sovereignty over its currency, partners and economics, LOYXN is a routing and translation layer, not a replacement.

3. Points move between partners

When a member initiates a transfer, the exchange resolves the route, direct partnerships, bonus campaigns, or multi-hop conversions, and settles value between the programmes. Coalition loyalty becomes a continuous spectrum rather than fixed bilateral deals.

4. Partners surface contextual offers

Retailers, fuel networks and travel partners can publish location-aware or context-aware offers into the network. Members see the most relevant earning and redemption opportunities across every programme they hold.

5. AI guides the member

The concept includes an AI concierge that interprets the member's portfolio and recommends the highest-value actions, transfers, redemptions, status retention and expiry mitigation, across the full ecosystem.
